ADAM D.
Adam holds a engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati. His business acumen was acquired from 15+ years as a corporate auditor in the industrial and finance industries. He relocated to Florida in 2010 with his wife and two children. When he is not eating , Adam enjoys making memories with his family, learning, golfing and rooting for his favorite teams.
ANGEL R.
Born in Puerto Rico, Angel moved to New York at the age of two and became a die-hard Yankees fan. He relocated to Florida in 1992 and became a licensed home inspector in 2004. Angel is fluent in both English and Spanish. He enjoys sports and family outings together with his wife, daughter, and twin boys.
PAT S.
Pat is originally from Columbus, OH where he attended Capital University. From home building, through owning a small business, to working for a natural gas company, he has accumulated over 25 years’ experience in the service industry. Pat is a devoted Ohio State fan, loves to travel with his wife, and makes some of the finest beef jerky in Southwest Florida.
JERRY B.
Jerry came to Florida in 2019 from Michigan, where he was a woodworker by trade. He later became a union trade carpenter journeyman specializing in finish carpentry. When not inspecting homes, Jerry enjoys fishing and hunting. He and his wife have three dogs and love to travel whenever possible.
DOUG C.
Hailing from Michigan, Doug relocated to SWFL back in 2001. He holds a diverse background in the culinary arts and has experience in professional shutter installation. Doug has many hobbies and enjoys camping, fishing, gardening, and is a music lover. Doug spends time with his dog on his days off, who loves trouble and tiring out his owner.
WILLIAM W.
William has a background in window installation, carpentry and has served 10 years in the US army. William is not only a jack-of-all-trades but has also lived in various states where he has gained knowledge and an incredible sense of humor. Upon moving to Florida, William enjoys being out on the boat during the weekends but is not a big fan of fish! We’ve decided to forgive him on that as long as he keeps his positive attitude and charisma.
MISTY W.
Misty is a born and raised Floridian who holds a background in plumbing. Growing up in Florida, Misty is no stranger to our local wildlife as she is a kind-hearted animal lover. She doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty when it comes down to our furry and slithery friends. Misty enjoys going to comedy specials in her free time and will toss a few dad-jokes around with her co-workers and friends.
SUSAN S.
A native of Illinois, Susan moved to Florida in 1990 to be able to have a Bright Sunshiny Day every day! She has worked in administrative and managerial roles all her career in a variety of service industries, bringing with her 35+ years of customer advocacy. Susan has two daughters and five grandsons. She loves watching and attending Nascar races, and her “happy place” is a cabin high in the Smoky Mountains.
KEITH J.
Keith and his family have lived in Florida for a little over 30 years now and have enjoyed the Florida sunshine ever since. As a hobby, home remodeling is one of Keith’s interests, and he has worked on over half a dozen homes so far. In his free time, Keith loves to travel with his wife, kids, and grandkids and enjoys boating and woodworking on the weekends.
CHRIS L.
Born and raised in Europe, Chris came to the US as a teenager. After earning his engineering degree in 1998, he worked in project management and technical operations functions for a global industrial conglomerate. Chris relocated to Florida with his wife and three kids in 2013 and speaks multiple languages. He enjoys recreational sports, motorcycling and traveling with his family.
SUNNAH S.
Sunnah is a bright shining face to the 239 family, she came to southwest Florida from the D.C. area and is currently pursuing an education in International Relations and Diplomacy. When Sunnah isn’t working or at school, she enjoys a good family sitcom and enjoys traveling to see friends and family sharing in new experiences.

Originally from Daytona, firefighter Adam and his wife moved to southwest Florida in 2016 and have since welcomed two little ones into their family. In his free time, Adam enjoys traveling and cooking with his wife and daughters. In their free time, the Hardy family loves planning trips to the local zoo, aquarium, and parks.
ANN G.
Ann is from Manila, Philippines, and holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology. In her spare time, Ann loves going to the beach and spending quality time with her family. Not only does she have a passion for music, but she is also a foodie with an international taste. When Ann is not out in the water, she can be seen with her fellow sidekick, Misha the puppy.
COREY B.
Originally from Wisconsin, Corey spent 20+ years in the concrete business while also spending his time on auto mechanics. Finally, being fed up with the cold winters, Corey and his family traded in heavy winter coats for shorts and flip flops down here in southwest Florida. In his spare time, Corey plays competitive pickleball and, on the weekends, Corey enjoys woodworking and discovering new beaches with his family.
