239 Inspection story

239 Inspection Services has proudly served Southwest Florida since 1994. With many years of experience in local construction methods, our inspectors are trained to uncover hidden issues that may not be apparent to the untrained eye, such as structural problems, electrical issues, plumbing leaks, and more.

We don’t rush. This also means we charge a little more than many of our competitors. The fact is a thorough inspection of your new home takes time. We block adequate time frames for each client and our inspectors often team up for larger homes. You don’t want a cheap inspection. A cheap inspection may be the most expensive thing you’ll ever buy, it may cost you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects.

Our digital inspection reports, which are typically delivered via email the next business day, are easy to read and include color pictures, concise explanations of our findings, and a summary that helps you understand and address the issues we identified.

Each inspector undergoes intense training and continuing education requirements. We constantly monitor performance to ensure our high-quality standards are met. They are all individually licensed by the State of Florida and have passed detailed background checks. They have all earned the Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) designation and are accredited members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), where they were taught to follow the highest industry standards. Additionally, each inspector is also trained or certified to perform our full range of ancillary services, including radon testing, mold testing, wood-destroying organisms inspections, and insurance inspections.

Our office operates on extended hours during evenings and on weekends to fit your schedule. We typically have availability within 1-3 days, providing both convenience and efficiency to clients. This makes 239 Inspection Services a true one-stop shop for all your inspection needs!

Our team can also help educate you about the property, its systems, and how to properly maintain them, which can be invaluable for first-time homeowners. We are always available to field your questions and have a network of professionals we can refer to you for specific repairs or further evaluation, if needed.

After 30+ years in business, you can count on 239 Inspection Services to be there after the inspection. Our goal is to arm you with as much information as possible about the condition of the subject property, and to help you make an informed decision!

We look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
